The account was deactivated. I'd deactivated, waited the proscribed time & deleted all my Twitter stuff, then recreated the @Salgood only to keep others from poaching my handle, and then deactivated it immediately after.

So shocker, xTwitter is bullshit. Fuck Elon and all of that.
