But they didn’t do it until it was their own personal pocketbooks at risk from tariffs. They didn’t stand up when it was just dangerous leaders of DoD, HHS etc being confirmed.

No way that McConnell joins them to block Medicaid cuts. He’s been salivating to cut Medicaid his whole career. The GOP reconciliation bill which cuts Medicaid by up to 800 billion plus is getting passed. This is just Collins’ vote of “deep concern” that the economy is going to get hammered
