I think that when smaller locals protest it brings attention to all! They expect big # in the lg cities but when rural bums..IA, MT,KY,OK etc.. it enhances the impact ➕it allows compared # of 🪧ers to the population of the community! It’s a strategic winner!Yes to 3.5%in DC!
