Fred: Tries to set up ambushes. Quite good, but still gets eliminated quickly.
Velma: Has a good plan, but goes a bit... berzerker, eliminated first.
Scooby: Out almost as quickly as Velma.
Shaggy: Is an expert at Being Where Water Isn't, gets to the last two with just a few water balloons

(but i wager scooby lasts a bit longer into the game bc he'll try to stick by shaggy and they'll look out for each other haha. but the problem is he's a big target so it'll be tricky to dodge lmao)
