So I go on chat at 16.50 to chat to a “virtual assistant” who passes me on to Krisi, who passes me on to Nikita, who passes me on to Camilla, who passes me on to Laura, who says she will pass me on to the “safer gambling team”.
The “moment” took 47 minutes. It still isn’t resolved.

To some extent, I have Joe. I used to participate in many markets - especially laying place bets. Premium Charge killed that. I then limited activity to long distance handicap chases. With these checks, I now just stick to the GN, more for mental stimulation and putting off dementia than profit.

Ah, right. I suppose the choice now lies at the meeting point of mental stimulation and utter frustration. Computer-says-no affliction more likely to leave you demented than dementia.
