Any eventual defection from MAGA is gravy (we don’t need to even think about persuading these guys). We need to tell the real-time stories of pain being inflicted by inept mismanagement. If we do that, we win.

I think you are on target. I've long thought, but hoped wasn't necessary, that the only way out, was for people to experience hardship. Could some of the slowness of the Democrats be that they think this too now?
