I have a neighbour currently who likes to do that, he's so considerate to let me know the "bangers" he's playing he will do it during the day, the evening and the night, 3am be damned he will always let me know he like the song by blaring it nice loud...

At least it's the middle of the day and not the middle of the night but I do have to rely on earplugs to sleep more often than not!

I had an upstairs neighbour who decided that we needed to have rave music in our flat every day and night when all the alcoholics in our street would also congregate there. Was out as often as I could be. Hate people like that. I feel for you.
