"If you have a Disney+ membership they're legally allowed to kill you" may be a novel legal strategy, but it seems like a pretty poor way to market your streaming service.

Yeah, I had to unsubscribe a couple of months ago because of financial difficulties, and I could subscribe again as of yesterday but I don't think I ever will again. Or go to any Disney park. I'm not rewarding this behavior.
Eagerly awaiting the @JennyNicholson youtube reviewing Disney's attempts to murder her.
"The first couple of attempts were original and sort of fun, but after that they just gave up trying to be imaginative. There were just no murder attempts that I hadn't seen before."
I wish I had any confidence in judges anymore because this is absolutely a situation where a judge should pass summary judgement because their plea is so insulting.
Honestly I think this was just something they inserted into the fine print of the ticket when Space Mountain opened and it's just been there unobserved for 50 years.
Memo... Forward to Disney... Settle up because the people who subscribe to you are currently leaving " X " because they are sick of Bullies... and You do NOT want to be seen as a Bully now... DO YOU!
If you use spectrum internet or cable, for example if like many of us it's the only service available where you live, you'll have to go out of your way with extra steps to avoid one of them
Which is really strange, because my understanding of their usual attitude is that they pay people off, after making them sign NDAs so they can't talk about it...
Legally covering their ass is now more important than the longevity of the Brand or business. Since 2020 the extreme rich have accelerated their wealth grab exponentially with greedflation, and market manipulation. It's as if they know their massive gravy train theft is about to end abruptly.
You Tube is fighting back by allowing full-length Disney movies on their site..there's over 20 that I counted, Peter Pan, Robin Hood, Cinderella, and several other that must be new cuz they aren't familiar to this childless, cat lady.
Good news folks if you want to commit crimes against Disney it's open season, they can't file criminal charges against you, they have to go to binding arbitration
“Welcome to the Disney+ customer support line. Your imminent untimely demise is important to us. Please hold and one of our highly trained operatives will see you shortly. But you won’t see them.”
*guy in mouse ears raises gun*: "Sorry, Mr. Jones, but you wanted all access to our animated shorts. And now we need you gone."
Jones: "But I never--"
Guy: "Should read the fine print."

Because we gave you two weeks for free!
And do you physically have to walk past, or just be in the same city?
Do Halloween costumes count?

Like, get a free trial and one of the Mouseketeers can beat you to death.
