The last two (three) are only reachable by a tiny few.
That's how it's in many US tech companies, and how I've designed it in some of my previous companies.
A parallel path would be to drink you way up, up to Ancient, then Methuselah. And if you want to reach Antediluvian, then you'll have to diablerize someone.
