EN VAs who spoke up about this have been very deceptive and the interrim agreement wasn't fully explained until recently so it's very hard to trust them. From what I understand the NAVA AI rider situation is that Hoyo transferred existing contracts without it from Formosa to Side Global

If this claim, which has been baked up by multiple people, were untrue, don't you think evidence of a signed rider would have surfaced by now, or Hoyo would have said something?
Also Chinese law is irrelevant when they're operating in the US.
