Hey! That’s a totally fair question.

Dark mode, and even maybe themes, is absolutely something we want to do.

Right now, our current priority is screen reader accessibility, to ensure our players who use screen readers are able to fully access and enjoy the game.

For our site, any version of a dark mode or theme is going to be a full project. This is due to the sheer volume of images and pages on the site/in our game.

We’re still working on optimizing the site for screenreader accessibility, alongside necessary backend & feature work. In the meantime, what players need to do to increase readability/decrease brightness for themselves via stylesheets is what you need to do. We hope this information helps! 🫶
