After, I just searched around for tags I liked or looking at what seem to work and noted the ones I want to use myself. Hope that helps.
It's literally just using # followed by keywords, these can be your own tags to sort or separate your works based on things like your OCs or works, or you can even tag for general fandoms. It's just a way to get into general public feeds or to add to your own feeds if you have them.
