that is not what they meant but sure x) pretty sure OP meant the whole twitter change that, yet again strike hobbyist and professional artist all together.
literally just thinking abt this today and how as we grew up there were so many people that wanted to get into creative fields cuz it made the world such a better place. and now ppl have to fight tooth and nail to get out there
