It has now officially been two weeks since the last small boat was recorded arriving in the UK. The 16th Nov was the last date and every day up to 30th Nov had 0 arrivals.
This coincides with the arrest of the man responsible for supplying a large number of the boats was arrested on the 14th Nov.

Most likely because they know there have been none for two weeks, so are trying to create a different narrative that ignores the current trend. It's deliberate.
To deal with the boats all we need to do is set up processing centres in Calais so that people don't have to cross the channel in a dingy to seek asylum
You're right though it's complicated, part of the problem is that the west has spent so much time destabilising large parts of the global south
I don't expect there to never be another crossing. But it does look like at least a temporary decline.
Will have to see how the trend continues.
1st Dec : 122 arrivals
Here's hoping this is more than just the weather.
Imagine if we took 70k genuine Asylum seekers who had been processed at Calais plus 900k legal immigrants who just fly in.
Would people really get worked up about the 70k who had already had criminal checks, have family ties and skills we need?
Pay up boat crossings down deportation up, police numbers up economy moving
Will we be back to Angela Rayner once didn’t fill her bird bath in winter 😳💜
How many 100's of millions did that cost?
But that didn't suit their narrative... 🙄
That picture should have given it away though 😅😅
I do parody too although I'm really just a sad nerdy twat in Saaaarff Laaaandaan.
No because the billionaire media want people to be scared of “the boats” rather than looking at them and their vast wealth.
