They include a year by year breakdown, so we can measure how well they are doing to reach the end target. So we should see around 2650 additional places this year, to add to the 500 from 2024.

I expect negative headlines today as Angela Rayner has written about planning reform to local government.

It contains a huge number of things, most of which can ONLY be seen as positive, but no doubt the media will find one thing they believe they can be critical of, and focus on that.
