So unless it's like a liquid I can clearly see is wet, I can't tell the difference in Cold/Wet and warm/dry

Its stupid frustrating

I have to dry my hair completely before I take the braid down so its wavy and guess what? The ambient temperature in my house is cold. So its always wet feeling to me
