A real shame when articles like this are paywalled. Even if you can justify subscriptions for scientific data (I can't, but I get the argument is nuanced), this is more of a call to action than anything else...

I agree, it’s more of an inconvenience than anything since I read through around 20 journals a day. The simple login process along is time consuming, even through my university. I have most accesses, but BMJ is a challenge.
