There is fruit sushi here depending on the chef's style. I never had a strawberry in my sushi but now I have a new item to try! I did enjoy a place with kiwi in their sushi.

In this selection, there is one with strawberry and cream cheese and another one with smoked salmon (Philadelphia rolls). The breaded ones are hot Philadelphia rolls, so also not raw :)
