i think mudvayne is probably one of my favorites. i used to play bass, so a good bass player that gets to showcase their talents is always super important to me in a band. it’s hard to pick favorites outside of metal because i listen to a lot of different stuff depending on my mood. how about you?

Very good pick yeah their bass guitarist is great like on the song Dig.

For me my mains would be. Motorhead, Black Sabbath, King Diamond and Mercyful Fate, Judas Priest, Early Danzig, The Cult.

For Nu Metal in particular, probably Slipknot or Static X

black sabbath is soo good and the one im probably most familiar with from that first list. i like to play them at the end of football games or during half time when i man the booth during the radio station coverage! slipknot and static X are great choices too. ive seen both of them live and loved it
