I have bad news if you are going into a story solely for the sake of getting all of the answers to the mystery without consciously following the peril of the characters, you will never survive Twin Peaks

It’s great fun first time watching twin peaks with friends and every time a mysterious thing happens it’s a 50/50 of the twin expert in the group going “yeah that weird thing? Never answered”
