Haven’t thought that far ahead! I’m still just trying to get enough proposals to hold the event. But once I can get to more concrete planning, I’ll see what I can do along these lines.

That's great, thank you! We'd love to participate but you're far away and we're too small of an organization for huge travel expenses but just know that the idea is great, relevant and really valuable.
