Pizza and nachos at the pizza joint/video arcade in my hometown, the bread pudding at Ron’s Cajun Connection (Utica, IL), plantain nachos at Calypso Cafe, anything at Dixie Kitchen, and mai tais at Trader Vic’s (the last 3 in Chicago).
