I was haha!! 😂😂 deffos one of my first fictional obsessions! Though I consumed everything BUT the games hilariously enough (I think I only played 1 of them ever and the shadow the hedgehog with a gun game 😂). AND OMG NICE! The comics only really introduced her in flashbacks so I’m excited to see!!

Have you seen the Project Shadow fan film? Came out slightly before Sonic 3. It features Shadow's lighter side and if I remember, Maria still had the SA2 story where she was dying of a disease in space. It's not bad.

I didn't see the 2nd post credits scene, so to me, both Shadow and Robotnik are dead, but according to the internet, Shadow didn't sacrifice anything. He'll be back. They still have to do the Black Doom arc, and they didn't give Shadow much of a backstory, no sick Maria either.
