A crow with a poor sense of direction perhaps?

(The wind vane with the city's coat of arms is an easy clue. There are two buildings with more or less similar belfries, but this one is De Waag)
8550 metres apart. Not the same camera.
I would say it's the IJsselmeer. Specifically my guess is the shot is made from Ameland and you can see the mainland in the background, but could be any of the West Frisian Islands.
