White men only. Many don't realize that White women are the primary beneficiaries.

A whole lot of folks that didn't vote, or voted wrong to target others are going to be unpleasantly surprised.

DEI and forced diversity are just other forms of racism. In the DoD, it was forced on us so heavily that they made Air Force videographers go find non-whites to make videos seem diverse for advertisements. It was as degrading for the people being asked as it was for those doing the asking.

The indigenous people didn't have a choice when White folks forced their way in and stole their land. I'm guessing you wouldn't call that forced diversity though. 🤔

DEI allowed equally qualified candidates to be considered. Did you not want White women in your workplace?

DEI did NOT allow anything equal. We had it where I worked and it was, as I said, just one more form of racism. Instead of forcing "equality" and "diversity" why don't we all just learn to look past color? I don't care if you are green - if you are qualified you should get the job.

I couldn't agree more. That is what DEI did - instead of just assuming White males were the only qualified people.

If it didn't work like that where you worked, maybe you should have quit.
