If you haven’t seen it there is an incredible B movie called “Tapeheads” with John Cusak and Tim Robbins where a plot device is that Sam Moore and Jr Walker are in a band called The Swanky Modes. Cameos by Fishbone, Don Cornelius, King Cotton, Weird Al… it’s a wild ride.
