It varies based on how busy my team is, but most likely toward the end of this week. We usually aim for last work day of the month or first work day of the next month. I'll announce it here when it happens!

Unfortunately "opening slots" means removing other people from access. We only do this for people who are in the program but not installing updates and playing regularly. Apple has a cap on these programs that even we can't get around (believe me, we've asked).
