My guess (?) initially was: 'maybe because I saved over the og png, the .exe read it as "namehere", but got confused bc the data inside doesnt match', but I can't be too sure after changing the .PNG names and even reimport to a fresh layer

On a brighter note, made an inverted color version of my tuberTHEYRE SO CUTE AUGH
(yes, the crown's the one that refuses to load HAHAHAHAHAH)
I decided to just cut my losses and cropped the crown and resaved it with a completely new name and now it's willing to be reimported.
Maybe size really is the issue? I'll try this on the other files that refuse to load ✌
So, you don't want to do this, because it will kinda confuse rahituber from loading your pngs:
- You replace the PNG in your folder with a new one
- You notice Rahituber doesn't load the updated ver, so you save and close it
- Now it's confused (same name, diff data)
I found it strange bc the load issue only happens... when I place it under the [Crown + Veil] Folder. But it was ok in other folders?

The "load error" comes straight from the graphics library I'm using, so if that can't get a texture from the file path you provided, you'll see that error -
It might not be that your texture itself is too large, but that the rest of your textures are already using too much.
Or, as happened to someone else recently, did you accidentally start the 32-bit program?
I.. Hmmm... I'll try to replicate that, but I've updated pngs with the program open before.
