I’m confused…didn’t the USofA have an agreement with Canada and Mexico…The North American Free Trade Agreement or NAFTA originally signed in 1992…and didn’t Trump replace NAFTA with a ‘beautiful’ agreement, The United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) in 2018?
