Samuel Silva of Relevo is reporting Spurs had scouts at Betis last Sunday to watch Johnny Cardoso and Vitor Rogue. Spurs have a purchase option for the American that becomes active in June of next year but the Spanish club is in need of capital and could look to sell early this window.
