Replacing gender divisions with performance brackets would be the truest manifestation of sportsmanship, imo.

It would be lol, but many sports would just have men and transmen on the top level. It would be neat to see it tried out in some team sports and see how it goes.
Implemented trials that athletes could opt into for a season.
