speaking as both an artist who likes comments and someone trying to comment more too, the brain chemical altering comment would be amazing to receive!!

however if you're wanting to comment about the art, I suggest really *looking* at it and finding what you like, really pick it apart n zoom in ->

tell them about the little details you find neat! how they use line weight or colours and the overall shapes maybe they have good flow and composition maybe their stuff has a good sense of weight n feels actually heavy, maybe look at symbolism if you can see any, ask about the process and inspos!!!
