Which is too bad, because I do enjoy them quite a bit.
Especially roasted with avocado oil and pink salt.
But, the amazing thing is that I even have an appetite for this stuff.

Like even though this AIP ranch dressing is outright nasty, I'm still able to eat the salad day after day.
(I have found some other AIP dressings that I'm excited to try out.)
I am very salicylate sensitive so most veggies are just off my menu and I love veggies so much. I miss them.
I'm curious about this AIP ranch. Did you make it or is it something you can get from a store?
It has a coconut yogurt and coconut milk base... which just does not mesh well with ranch type seasoning.
I don't think there's an AIP compliant dressing that can be bought from the store (to the best of my knowledge)
I guess I thought maybe it would be okay?
Like I've used coconut cream to make chicken pot pie instead of heavy cream, and you couldn't even taste it! I was blown away actually.
So I had similar expectations, and they turned out to be wrong lol
It's unfortunate that my favorite dressings are heavily dairy-based (ranch, Caesar, etc)
It's probably not AIP approved, but I get the Hidden Valley plant-based ranch. My only complaints are the bottle is small and it's pricey.
