Very good...I'd refrain from posting on X as they only look at the pictures and would see you as promoting their hero. Context, or indeed text, is not so important to them..and a tad confusing at times.....DAMN them words!!!

God, so true - I made a small experiment of this on Quora - the intensity of the replies gave away the fact that noone had read the text. When I pointed that out, it was a real 'aha' moment for many of the posters. True about X - that place is primed for brainwashing & knee jerk reactive propaganda.

There's potential with this approach to use shock, entertainment, emotion, surprise, etc., to gain attention but also maybe reach some people who would never have been interested in warnings otherwise, or who would never care about seeking out fact checkers.

Interesting to see this as an avenue to prebunking people who might not have been open to other inoculation methods. I suppose it’s like when companies make a chewwy pill version of a suppository, it’s nice to have choices of how we’re immunised

Yes - I'm a political writer. I was interested in how NATO military strategists called for the use of more pre-bunking when it came to warning about the power of deepfakes - showing people how persuasive they are, while simultaneously making clear they aren't real.
