關於 iOS 藍天沒辦法看敏感內容
剛剛照這個方式解決了

1. App 登出
2. 進 https://bsky.app/moderation 的「內容過濾」
3. 把左上角的開關關掉，並儲存
4. 再進去把左上角開關打開，調整你要的設定
5. 網頁版確認可以看敏感內容
6. iOS 登入

這是似乎 iOS 的規範，只能從其他管道改設定，Telegram 也是一樣的做法
但還是有少部分人回報沒效
索性把登出再登入步驟放上去
