Bah! The 360 represents a period when almost every PC game was made worse to suit a mainstream console audience. Plus we had to content with Vista and GFWLive... Good riddance!

That said, Fable 2 wasn't too shabby.

Fair point—PC gaming did suffer during the X360 era with “consolification,” GFWL, and Vista (poor Shadowrun). But it wasn’t all bad IMHO: Portal shined, Deus Ex: HR delivered, and the era expanded gaming’s audience, blending casual and hardcore, paving the way for hits like Dark Souls & Witcher 2. 😊
