Back when he distributed $1400, most complains were where remaining $600 (already given during final weeks of Trump 1st term).

I should’ve prefaced it by saying GOP don’t like giving handouts to the poor. Of course corporate tax breaks and as much welfare to the rich and wealthy, they got no issue with.
