Here's the BEA index for state rents costs relative to the US—kind of insane that NY State is relatively cheaper than Florida now

Florida rents are outrageously high relative to wages, it’s the most expensive place in the country to live now.
For reference in suburban Massachusetts the rents are almost the same for here vs south Florida (Miami metro.)
