When I was a paramedic, I loved jumping to the drill. Now that I'm an RN, I'm more hesitant after I've seen long term complications. I couldn't listen to your audio, but read your slides. Curious about your opinion.

• The lack of long-term follow-up in these trials means chronic complications (e.g., osteomyelitis, compartment syndrome, fractures) remain underreported.
