Lady of Shallot is one of my favorite roses and this picture is stunning.

Thanks Lori. I lost my first Lady of Shalott this year unfortunately but it produced hundreds if not thousands of roses over its lifetime.

It is, yes. It’s much more of a factor for me now as to whether the rose is scented too.

Definitely fragrant but not as strong as some like Gentle Hermione, Rosa De Rescht which can carry on the breeze.
