No, but what if it has lifeline? Does the game track that much life? What if it hits multiple times because chump blockers? Or Urza help you if you do have enough life to survive a hit and they have Ria in play? What if there's a Soul Warden creature? That's a ton of tokens. Not common but possible.

I assume it would track it because idk if the total life you can have actually has a limit but that is a good question as far as ui go. Chump blockers wouldn’t be an issue since “attacking” is only when you declare attackers so even when hitting multiple targets it would still be one instance

So it’s attacked would only be pumped up once. Now if it somehow attacked multiple times because of an extra combat turn effect that should just stack the number but if the client can handle that or not either idk although I think it should be okay as long as there aren’t tons of individual triggers

If you have Ria and they (admittedly small chance) survive, that's a ton of tokens. With anything that triggers off creatures entering, that's 10k triggers. It's a goofy situation, sure, but it's not that crazy to assume it could happen.
