I think people worrying about how many turns this can attack are thinking of it incorrectly as a beater. It blocks very well, taps down dudes, draws cards - this stabilizes you into the late game and keeps you ahead in cards, which is a good role for an uncommon blue 5-drop.

In this instance, a 5 Mana 4/5 enchantment creature. 3 chapters. Can't swing the turn it comes in (wasted turn). Can swing on chapter 2. Dies before in can swing because of chapter 3 (wasted turn) ... I'm not seeing the hype.

It seems more like a control card to stabilize the board. It sounds and blocks the first 2 turns pretty well and draws 2 cards at minimum on turn 3. Also opponent will likely hold back prior to chapter 3 to prevent additional card draw.

Yeah but this is an uncommon. Shiva is usually one of the first summons you get in the game and generally one of the weaker as a result. The creature text box here is vanilla.
