Unfortunately there seems to be a bug with TR 4. I have all secrets (and therefore all achievements "codex of ..."), but I am still missing 2 outfits.
There will be a solution, I believe in you. Have a nice weekend.
Maybe I'll have to replay Last Revelation, I have no savegame anymore with all secrets.

Maybe the bug has to do with that I finished TR 4 /collected the secrets before the patch came out?!
(PC version, Steam)
