D’Souza was sentenced in Manhattan federal court in 2014, to 5 years of probation, with 8 months during the first year to be served in a community confinement center. He pled guilty to violating federal campaign election laws by making illegal contributions. In May 2018 felon Trump pardoned him.

He can, and actually, be deported. He was born in India, came here as an exchange student and worked in Reagan’s administration. How was that even legal? D’Souza didn’t become a United States citizen until 1991.
Revoke his citizenship and deport him now!
