We also get to see how our older stuff performs against the RUS/CHN/IRN stuff. While it's a travesty for UKR it has been an incredible proving ground.

We create jobs for Americans with 90% of the aid and we get to fine tune and strengthen our own weapons while standing up against a murderous dictator and strengthening alliances all throughout Europe. Seems like a no brainer.
