Today is the day I learned that bats don't hibernate.
Why do I know this? Because I found a giant one in my kitchen.

My local Public Health doesn't collect reports of bats unless there's been an injury or it's a colony.
So, we're all good.
Last time I came across a bat indoors in winter, a cat had been..."helpful"
