Libby swooned as Shelby Mustang arrived at his forever home. He has a large head, dun markings, beautiful soft eyes, and huge dinner-plate feet that will get a good trim. We’re building up his weight with good nutrition. Thank you for helping us give this gentle senior the retirement he deserves!

Someone closed that gate before you took the rope halter off right?
I wish I had the kind of place where I could keep retired horses. It would be like heaven.
Please ignore my comment about the gate—I've been paranoid about gates ever since one swung open while I was taking off my horse's halter and all the seven other geldings calmly, quietly but quickly filed out of the paddock and onto the grassy field.
At NIGHT.
They all let me catch and lead them back to the paddock. I got Corky last; he got a decent snack.
There was a full moon which helped a LOT!
