I once watched a kit come out of its den to play, leaping at a butterfly. Once it saw me watching, it went low to the ground and back into hiding. (Unfortunately, I didn’t have a zoom lens on my camera at the time.)
years ago there was a vacant property not far from me and a mama fox moved into the side and back yard. watching her cubs from a distance was complete delight
