I'm still on board with whoever owns Alastor takes whatever souls he reaped through his shows, that's why he's not strong.

And Husk was one who was spared/he hid from owning, because he liked him or they knew each other before Hell. Alastor WANTED to keep Husk from whoever owns him.

I could see it as a new development. They might have known each other for a long time, even had a cordial working relationship, but I don't think they were really close before the hotel and physically being under the same roof every day.

No same, the fact that their BOTH overlords on leashes makes their relationship so interesting and makes me conflicted on how I feel about both of them sometimes. I feel like they potentially have a deep understanding of eachother despite everything, though neither would probably admit it.

My theory is that Alastor punished the worst of the worst but he saw Husk had potential to improve, so he's not punishing him as severely.
Im using that same logic as to why he worked w/ Vox... Until Vox suggested they work w/ Val. I want to know Al's opinion on Val considering who he used to hunt

The fact that Husk was an overlord and Alastor kept him instead of killing him is so appealing we need those flashbacks indeed.
