Good question! AFAIK, lists are dynamic, so when the list is updated, your block setting reflect the changes, effectively blocking any newly added accounts.

Saying this with all love and kindness, but trolling behavior will put a target on your back. Short form media isn't a great platform for parody / satire because of the prevalence of confirmation bias and lack of nuanced discourse. We need to get in a habit of communicating truth directly.
